Penn and Fletcher has an opening for an Embroidery Designer and Artisan on a part time basis, with future eligibility for full time. Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $40.05 per hour.

Job experience required (with portfolio):

• evaluating, designing and executing re-creation of historic embroidered textiles for museums and private collections

• working with interior designers and architects on design and execution of their embroidery projects

• working with Costume and Scenic Designer for movies and Broadway to meet their specific embroidered embellishment needs

• consulting with and designing textiles for churches, synagogues, artists, and fashion designers

Desired start date is October 1, 2026, with current ability to remain in the position through September 30, 2029.
